We hope you love your purchase but if you don't, you can reach us out for an exchange or return within 30 days from the date of delivery.
To be eligible for a return/Exchange:
Customers have 30 days to return from the date the item was delivered.
The item purchased must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
The item must be in original packing condition.
Items that are not eligible for return/exchange/refund:
Item delivered date is past 30 days.
Items that are used/Damaged condition.
Please note : Mined diamonds/Natural diamonds are non refundable, all the mined diamond purchases are final.
Refunds (if eligible):
Once we receive the item, we will get the item inspected by our specialist and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Refunds for the approved items will be sent to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
